佛罗里达预付 College 计划s at Valencia are administered by 的 业务办公室.
Once you have registered for classes, and tuition and fees have been assessed we will 自动 defer 的 maximum eligible amount that can be billed for all participants who are in good standing with 佛罗里达预付, if your social security number and date of birth has been provided to 澳门金沙注册. You are not required to notify 的 业务办公室 that you want to use your prepaid 计划 if we have 的 correct personal identifiable information on file.
Please review your account on 阿特拉斯 to determine that your 佛罗里达预付 has been 应用. 联系 业务办公室 in 的 event that your account has not been updated within 48 hours after your initial registration for 的 term. Your deferral and 的 佛罗里达预付 payment are limited to 的 amount of credits remaining in your prepaid 计划 as reflected on your annual statement from 佛罗里达预付.
At 的 time we invoice near 的 end of each term, your 佛罗里达预付 account must be in good standing and have sufficient credit hours available. If applicable, please notify 佛罗里达预付 to release any holds. If for any reason we are unable to complete 的 billing process, we will reverse 的 佛罗里达预付 payment for your classes, and you will be responsible for 的 balance due payable to Valencia immediately.
If for any reason you do not want 澳门金沙注册 to bill 佛罗里达预付 on your behalf or would like to reduce 的 number of hours billed, please complete and sign 的 authorization form and return to 的 业务办公室 by 的 付款的最后期限. An authorization form must be completed for each term you elect not to use your prepaid 计划. You will be responsible for any balance remaining owed after 的 佛罗里达预付 payment is removed.

Please be aware that 的re are certain fees that may not covered by your 佛罗里达预付

In general, 佛罗里达预付 计划 will not cover:
- Student Activity Fee;
- 技术费;
- Special 澳门金沙注册 (including lab fee);
- Distance Learning Fee.
If you are enrolled in 的 separately purchased 佛罗里达预付 Local Fee 计划, some of 的 additional mandatory fees may be covered.
Check your 阿特拉斯 account to determine if you have a balance due prior to 的 付款的最后期限. It is extremely important to verify your balance due after making changes to your
course schedule as this can affect 的 amount owed.
